If you are not satisfied with our product and wish to return an item, please send an email to email@example.com or contact us directly at any of our stores.
Please note that the item needs to be un-used, and if applicable the packaging should be unopened. For all returns and exchanges, we need to be notified within 30 days of delivery. We will not be responsible for lost packages if you fail to notify us prior to return. You will be responsible for the shipping cost of the return and please use your local post to avoid taxes. As soon as we receive the item we will either issue a refund or exchange the product for another one. Thanks for understanding.
